Feel Balanced, Grounded, Centred.

This is a time for you — a chance to step away from the busyness of life and give yourself space to pause, reset, and reconnect. A unique opportunity to explore mindfulness in the supportive space of a group, where you’ll be able to connect with like-minded people and explore different techniques each week to help you feel calmer, more present, and more in tune with yourself.

Participants often leave feeling:

  • More able to approach life situations objectively

  • Calmer and more grounded

  • Lighter in both mind and body

No experience is needed, and everyone is welcome. All materials used in the sessions will be provided.

DBS-checked. Qualified therapeutic meditation teacher. Reiki Master practitioner registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council
