Mindfulness Sessions

Feel Balanced, Grounded, Centred.

This is a time for you — a chance to step away from the busyness of life and give yourself space to pause, reset, and reconnect. A unique opportunity to explore mindfulness in the supportive space of a group, where you’ll be able to connect with like-minded people and explore different techniques each week to help you feel calmer, more present, and more in tune with yourself.

These sessions take place in a small group and the pace is relaxed so you can feel comfortable at your own level and there’s no pressure to participate if you simply prefer to observe quietly.

Participants often leave feeling:

  • More able to approach life situations objectively

  • Calmer and more grounded

  • Lighter in both mind and body

No experience is needed, and everyone is welcome. All materials used in the sessions will be provided. Please book in advance.

DBS-checked. Qualified therapeutic meditation teacher. Reiki Master practitioner registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council
