This is a free event is a collaboration with the Brianna Ghey Legacy Project. I’ll be leading the ‘mindful moment’ in their weekly mindful walk on the 3rd December. The theme on this day is ‘Art’, where we’ll explore the well-being benefits of artistic self-expression. Bring a pencil, a notepad/sketchbook/piece of paper and an open mind! This is a free event and everyone is welcome. No artistic experience is needed.
