Reiki is a Japanese natural and gentle method of healing. With the first degree of Reiki you’ll able to treat yourself as well as your family and friends (including your animal/plants family). 

The course includes:
•       History of Reiki
•       Principles of Reiki
•       Basics about the body and energy centres
•       Reiki first degree attunement
•       How to connect and channel the energy
•       Techniques to stay protected and grounded
•       Hand positions for self-treatments and healing others
•       Practical Reiki treatment from a therapy bed
•       Reiki first degree manual and certification

There will be a few meditations throughout the day helping you to relax and open to the energy. These are suitable for students with no meditation experience; as well as those who meditate regularly. There will be small breaks with refreshments throughout the day, please bring your own lunch and a pen.

The workshop will be a small class size, relaxed and friendly. You will have many opportunities to ask questions and practice.

I am a fully insured and DBS-checked Reiki Master registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), a member of the UK Reiki Federation and a volunteer practitioner for Reiki Medic Care.
